To achieve this, the cutting machine was combined with an industrial robot that automatically loads and unloads the parts.<\/p>\n<p>Particular attention has been paid to the design of the cutting area. It incorporates an automatic clamping system for precise part holding, as well as hidden-time loading to maximize machine utilization.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to this architecture, the cell achieves cycle times of less than one minute per part.
