SPC-251: Statistical test bench

We have set up a Statistical Process Control (SPC) bench to measure the weight and thickness of honeycomb slices and automatically calculate their density.

Measurements are compared with QC (Quality Control) criteria and recorded in a database to guarantee complete traceability of each production run. This solution also enables precise monitoring of the quality of manufactured products.

Thanks to our experience in composite materials for the aeronautics industry, we have already completed our fifth SPC station. This experience enables us to continually optimize our equipment and adapt it perfectly to the specific needs of each customer.

In addition to mechanical design and machine automation, we also developed the software architecture, database management and analysis tools needed to ensure reliable, reproducible quality control, perfectly integrated into the production process.
